If you feel that you cannot represent yourself any longer and decide you would like to list with a full service agency, FlatListed.com will gladly refer you to a traditional agent. You may select any agency you want, or we can choose one on your behalf, as long as you let us know PRIOR TO CONTACTING OR LISTING with the traditional agency. Once you have been in discussion with the traditional agency about listing your home we will be unable to refer you and therefore unable to provide you the money back guarantee.

   After they accept our referral in writing and we receive confirmation of your property closing with that particular agency, we will send you a full refund of the money you spent on our Flat Fee Listing package. Does not include the cost of any additional products (such as signs, lock boxes, flyer boxes, etc..) you may have chosen to purchase.

   To qualify for the full refund you must enlist the services of the agent that we refer you to and when they close on your home you will receive your refund check within 30 days. We are able to offer this guarantee because we collect a referral fee from the full-service agent.

   In short, tell us which Real Estate Company you want to list your home with, we will call them, and have them contact you about listing your home. When they sell your home, you get your check.
